About Meha
I'm a professional dancer who also loves to hit the gym, read, and adventure around Earth! I currently work as a full-time performer, choreographer, and teacher in NYC! I've performed for Madhuri Dixit, the United Nations, Lincoln Center, NBA Brooklyn Nets, WNBA NY Liberty, and for various corporate companies.

Dance can be an intimidating activity for many - especially new styles! I prioritize building my client's confidence so they feel comfortable moving in their body. This skill extends far beyond the dance floor. People will walk around feeling lighter and more secure with themselves. Also, proper technique as well as progressively challenging choreography (initially bite-sized beginner level to more intense) are imperative for effective teaching. I offer Wedding Choreography, Couples Choreography, Bollywood, Bhangra, Garba, Classical Indian Dance, Hip Hop, Jazz, Beginner Ballet, and Dance Fitness

One of the best dance instructors ever! Really helped me and my friends get out of our comfort zones.
Meha is very caring and supportive of you while you learn while also being very knowledgable of the art of dance in many different styles. She is always encouraging and her sessions are always an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend her for all skill levels.
Meha choreographed my now husband and I’s dance performance for our Sangeet. She worked closely with us to dial in all the details from the dancing to even advising on the music. When faced with challenges (skill and communication from us) she seamlessly pivoted and amazingly choreographing on the fly like it was nothing. The choreography was so cool and perfect. All around Meha is an amazing creative! She is also super flexible- easy to work with and not to mention a total ray of sunshine! We looked forward to our classes and really enjoyed the whole process!! 10/10 recommend:)
