About Sarah

I am a professional actress with a background in improv, comedy, Shakespeare, theatre and film. I am also familiar with all the branches of the Stanislovsky method. I also have worked as a dialect coach, speech and diction..

I also am a director, writer, and film producer. I started in Theatre production and now have made films, mostly in NYC. I have won awards and am always working on my craft.

About the lesson

I like to fit your needs. However, we will get the basics down. How to free your body and mind, getting in tune with yourself, understanding character development, scene study, and how to break down a scene. I also want to prepare you for auditions and the outside world.
