About Giulia

I am a Journalism student on my second year at London Metropolitan University. I prepared Italian students back home for English tests and exams. Being a learner myself, I know the struggle, the frustration and difficulties of learning another language, I have experienced them. Studying English back in Italy and in London helped me to developed special tricks and methods to make it easier but at the same time fun.

About the lesson

I always try to make my lesson stimulating and interactive. Sometimes I like to do so by learning and singing songs or watching bits of Tv series/movies.
When it comes to languages, the learning approach must be fun, no matter the age of the students. There should not be pressure or stress. Mistakes are the best way to learn.

Irene

I have always found hard to focus in class but studying with Giulia was way much effective. She created a friendly learning environment where I did not feel stressed about my test. I would ask for her help again.

Giulia helped me to get ready for my English exam at university. She was very good and it did not seem like I was studying for a test. She gave me good tips and enjoyed doing her exercises.

Giulia helped to teach Italian over the last year. Clear and easy to get on with. I’m happy with what I learnt and would recommend.
