Perfect! Emanuele is an excellent tutor. He is accommodating, patient and interesting. He has taken his time teaching our grandson (and ourselves), going through step by step procedures from using and handling a knife to checking the cooking time and temperature of food. He even explains the science behind it all. He has travelled further than stated in the ad just to give us a chance to use his expertise. We would definitely recommend his services. He comes up with menu/cooking suggestions and even brings bits to enhance the dish. He is so friendly. You can ask questions and he is more than happy to go into detail if we are not sure about a process. We will definitely be hiring his services again.
