About Ilaria
Always passionate about cooking, in London I came across a course called "Natural chef", the natural cook. It seemed really interesting to me, as I really felt the need to return to a culinary style that was as natural and focused on health as possible. The course opened up a world to me about everything related to the connection on health and food and how much fun you can still have while having to live with severe food restrictions. I then worked as a cook in restaurants with very different styles, but my passion has always remained teaching others how to cook creatively and with fun.

I am convinced that everyone has to establish a connection with their kitchen to be creative and have fun cooking. I help create the bond between the student and the food he wants to eat so that the dining experience becomes a fun experience. Depending on your dietary and lifestyle needs, I help you to create dishes that you can reuse in your everyday life, but also if you want to amaze friends at dinner. The lockdown taught us not to rely too much on restaurants and brought us back to our home, that doesn't mean we can't have fun!
