My teaching method is feedback, that is, I try to maintain open communication during practice in order to provide adequate and concrete feedback to each person. The classes adopt a specific form in the structure of the subject, being at the same time flexible since it seeks to accommodate the needs of the people. I like to combine the knowledge of dance and yoga in the classes to get a practice that includes working on flexibility, musculature, relaxation, mobility of the whole body, breathing, etc. I am interested in emphasizing the personal care of each one and accompanying them in that process.
