About María Bernardita De Lourdes

Fitness and dancing have been my passion for as long as I can remember! I have always been a very active person and I would love to pass this on to as many people as I can!! My motto is that practice makes perfect, so don't be afraid to start from where you are right now, the important thing is to have the courage to take the first step!

About the lesson

I am a very patient and very creative teacher. The exercises I teach are aerobics, Zumba, cardio, pilates, stretching, specific exercises for dancers and/or with approaches to different types of dance, among others. My classes are for everyone! Men, women, boys, girls, adolescents, adults, older adults, everyone who is willing to learn and have fun in a healthy way!

He tomado clases con María y debo decir que me encantan, las clases son muy dinámicas y aprendí mucho más con todas las charlas y ejercicios online que con otras clases que tomé presencialmente.
