About Norshan
My name is Norshan, and I am a graduate of the University of New Brunswick in Canada. With 4 years of experience teaching children from Kindergarten to Grade 3, I specialize in helping young learners succeed in all subjects, from English and math to science and social studies. I chose to become a teacher because I believe every child has unique talents and the ability to shine when given the right support. Teaching allows me to guide children, meet them at their level, and help them grow with confidence. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a student understand something new, feel proud of their progress, and enjoy learning. Because I speak both English and Arabic, I am able to support bilingual learners and make lessons more comfortable and engaging. My goal is not only to help students do well in school but also to build a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.

In my classes, I focus on meeting each child’s unique needs by adapting lessons to their level and learning style. I use interactive activities, visuals, and real-life examples to make learning engaging and meaningful. I also support children’s growth in confidence, critical thinking, and language development, especially for bilingual learners, as I speak both English and Arabic.
A typical lesson lasts 45–60 minutes and combines structured learning with fun, hands-on practice. My goal is to help young learners not only improve academically but also enjoy the process of learning.
My lessons are designed for students in Kindergarten through Grade 3 who need extra support, enrichment, or confidence in their studies.
