About Kelly

Teaching is what I love to do. My goal is to want you the student to want to learn and enjoy learning. If you struggle with math concepts I want to bring your confidence to a whole other level so that you feel you can handle math and grasp it. Learning does not need to be boring or hard, it needs to be relatable. I spend my regular day teaching fourth grade and love it! Outside of teaching I enjoy the outdoors and being with my family.

I like to make learning fun and engaging for all students. It is much easier to learn when you can relate. I like to utilize a variety of teaching tools such as: online resources and applications, different studying tools, and ways to use things at home to help you study. -My lessons are perfect for an elementary student grades Kindergarten to fourth grade. - My lessons will include an introductory activity to the lesson where the student gets to be the leader. -The lessons will be then set up as one-on-one guided instruction then move towards more independence. - The lesson will be technology-based as well as using simple tools at home that may be used in a traditional classroom setting. -Each lesson will end with a "round up" and time for the student to reflect.
