About Kirtika
I am a certified fitness trainer and a Zumba, Aerobics and Yoga instructor with a passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier and more confident. I have trained many students of different age groups, and I always make sure my classes are safe, enjoyable and result-oriented. With consistent experience teaching both in the gym and online, I understand how to guide beginners as well as intermediate learners in a way that feels comfortable and motivating. My priority is to keep the environment positive, supportive and completely judgment-free so that every student feels confident showing up as they are. I believe in professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication. My students trust me because I pay attention to technique, energy, and individual needs, ensuring everyone progresses at their own pace.

My classes are designed to make fitness simple, engaging and enjoyable for everyone. I teach using a step-by-step approach where I first explain the movement, then demonstrate it, and finally guide you through proper form and breathing.
Each session follows a clear structure —
• Warm-up to activate muscles
• Main workout (Zumba/Aerobics/Yoga/Strength) depending on the goal
• Cool-down & stretching to improve flexibility and prevent injury
As a teacher, I focus on correct posture, smooth transitions, and helping you understand why each movement is important. I believe in motivation without pressure, so I always maintain a positive and supportive environment.
My classes are ideal for adults, college students, beginners, and anyone wanting to stay active, lose weight or build confidence through fun movement styles.
