About Edgar Arturo

I have practiced for over 7 years, starting with audios and intuitive practice. Then I studied a Master in Relaxation, Meditation and Mindfulness. At the moment I practice meditation at a Zen center. I have given Mindfulness courses in a startup and I am teaching a course of Vedanta Advaita Meditation in a very well known Yoga center in Barcelona.

About the lesson

I offer 8 and 10 weeks programs for adults and teenagers in which I facilitate the oriental techniques of the inner knowledge for western people who live in the city, through activities, exercises and dialogue to develop wellbeing, self-knowledge and mindfulness awareness
