About Pete
Having graduated from The University of Manchester with a Bachelor's Degree in Music, I am now a full-time musician in Manchester, touring both nationally and internationally with my alt-folk duo.
I have been giving lessons for 5 years, and have taught people between the ages of 5-60.
I have helped my students improve in all areas from classical performance to improvisation and composition.

I believe the best way to learn is by enjoying what you're doing. That's why I make my lessons as engaging and personally tailored to the student as possible. I aim to help students find the best way for them to practise so that they improve quickly whilst enjoying every moment.

Have had the privilege of knowing Pete for a few years now. He is trustworthy, friendly and a brilliant musician. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Pete has been a great teacher for me! He is great and fun and makes me feel very relaxed during our lessons. Getting him to tutor me was a great choice!
Pete has been teaching me the piano for the past year. Although I had a little bit of experience before, he has really helped progress my performance and confidence while playing. The lessons are enjoyable and I greatly appreciate the work he has done for me!
