About Kahmi
Hi, I’m Kahmi, a professional pole dancer and fitness coach with nearly four years of hands-on training, performance, and teaching experience. I specialize in helping students build strength, confidence, and technical skill through structured, supportive pole dance coaching.
Over the past four years, I’ve developed a teaching style that blends strength conditioning, safe progressions, and flow technique to help students grow at a steady, sustainable pace. I focus heavily on proper form, injury prevention, and personalized instruction so every student feels confident and supported throughout their journey.
I believe pole dance is more than just fitness — it’s a powerful way to develop body awareness, self-expression, and personal confidence. Whether you are a complete beginner or working toward advanced skills, I create a positive, judgment-free learning environment where progress feels achievable and motivating.
Professionalism, safety, and student success are always my top priorities. My goal is to help every client leave each session feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what they accomplished.

New to pole? You’re in the right place. I’m Kahmi, a professional pole dancer and fitness coach who specializes in helping beginners build strength, confidence, and technique - even if you’ve never touched a pole before!
My beginner lessons are designed to be supportive, safe, and encouraging. You’ll learn foundational moves step-by-step, improve upper-body and core strength, and develop smooth transitions without feeling overwhelmed or rushed.
A typical session includes:
• Beginner-friendly warm-up and mobility work
• Strength and grip conditioning
• Basic spins, climbs, and transitions
• Flow practice
• Stretching and recovery
What makes my coaching different is my personalized approach. I adapt each lesson to your comfort level and goals while creating a body-positive environment where you can grow confidently at your own pace.

I was so nervous to try pole for the first time but Kahmi was patient and understanding and really took her time to make me feel comfortable.
