As a freelance musician, I'm always looking for kindred peers and collaborators, but I often feel stymied in social situations. Over a few sessions (and some parties in between), Milly helped me find a headspace where I could speak more freely and connect better with people. We did a lot of improv and acting exercises that made me both better at listening and quicker on the draw. I'm more excited about meeting new people now that I feel more competent as a conversationalist.

Milly came recommended by a friend when I was anxious about a job interview. She offered some great strategies for calming down in different situations, whether I had the space to take a moment for myself or was already standing in front of a panel. We also worked on a mock interview scenario where she helped me come across more confident through my body language. She's very encouraging, and carefully considered what would be most useful for me in the time I had to prepare. The interview felt much less harrowing thanks to her - and I got in!

I have had the privilege of working alongside Millie in The Crucible Theatre’s production of ‘The Crucible’.
