About Tushar
Teaching and mentoring students since 2008, with experience supporting learners across CBSE, ICSE, IB and Cambridge curricula. Holding a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering and a long-standing interest in computing, programming and technology education.
Over the years, students have come from diverse academic backgrounds, learning levels and educational goals. The focus has remained on helping learners build strong foundations in Computer Science while developing logical thinking, computational thinking and problem-solving skills.
Students have ranged from those taking their first steps in programming to those preparing for school assessments, board examinations and advanced technology-focused learning. The goal has been to help learners understand not only how technology works, but also the reasoning and logic behind it.
Alongside teaching, professional experience in Electronics, Cloud Computing, Product Development and Technology Consulting provides additional perspective that helps connect academic learning with real-world technology applications.

Every learner starts from a different point. Some are taking their first steps in programming, while others are looking to strengthen coding skills, computational thinking and problem-solving ability. Sessions are adapted to the learner's current level, pace and goals.
The teaching approach focuses on understanding the logic behind technology rather than simply learning syntax or memorizing code. Lessons combine concepts, coding practice, problem solving and real-world applications to help students develop confidence in programming and computing.
A typical class begins by assessing current understanding, followed by concept building, guided implementation, practical exercises and discussion of real-world applications. Academic requirements, school assessments and project-based learning are integrated wherever relevant.
Drawing on both teaching experience and professional experience in technology-related fields, programming concepts are taught with a balance of academic understanding and real-world relevance. This helps students not only perform well in school curricula but also develop skills that extend beyond the classroom.
The emphasis is on logical thinking, structured problem solving and computational thinking, helping students become more independent and confident learners.
Classes are suitable for Grades 9–12 students studying Computer Science, Programming, Artificial Intelligence and related technology subjects, including learners building foundations, exploring technology beyond the classroom while preparing for academic assessments and board examinations.
