About Denise
I made a decision when I was 16 that I wanted to help people. My working life has always been centred around that principle. I have a high work ethic and level of integrity; practised patience and kindness. Changing careers and retraining reinforced the level of understanding of how making mistakes is how learning works. So there is no judgement or expectation of being perfect from me.

included each lesson to make learning more fun and embedding information. I tailor my lessons to the individual learning style of the student. I also like to learn phrases from students' native language. It helps build a good line of communication.
