About Robert
As a project manager I was responsible for the delivery of engineered solutions from concept through to handover. These projects were usually in the $5 to $7 million dollar range. As such I was responsible for all the personnel working for me as well as being responsible to the client who had purchased the engineered solution from me. As such I had to ensure that everyone in my team knew what was required of them and I was responsible to ensure that there was a clear two-way flow of information between all parties.
I was also responsible for tracking progress and capture any changes in both the timeline and the cost.

This can range from the most basic of activities for example how much change you should receive when buying an item through to correctly calculating and knowing the difference between Gross and net profit margins.
