About Flora
I have many years of hands on experience working for private organizations and government. I initially worked for myself. I have transferred manual bookkeeping to small accounting systems, training staff in its use based on accounting principles. I have also trained employees reporting to me in all areas of accounting, budgeting, inventory, project analysis and performance and end of financial year process.

My teaching methods were using power point, slides, handouts and preparing training manuals for easy reference. Most people I trained were not qualified in accounting but been trained by some one to make entries into the ledgers. This resulted in making many corrections and teaching them on the go providing reasons for the errors.
