About Florence

I have been offering Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) tutoring lessons to both children and adults for the past 4 years.

My first languages are Mandarin and Cantonese, and I have also received elementary and middle school education in China, therefore I am confident of my native fluency in both languages. I am close-to-native fluent in English, therefore I can teach the language in English, as I have been doing for the past 4 years.

About the lesson

My teaching method varies amongst students, Mandarin and Cantonese's teaching method will also be different. My main focus will be on oral communication and listening skills. However the below can be expected in a typical lesson:
- Vocabulary pronunciations and dictation
- Reading comprehension
- Teaching materials offered based on student's level
- and more as requested
