About Vanessa
I am a Health Psychologist specializing in Neuropsychology and passionate about cognitive sciences. For some time now, I have been supporting children with specific disabilities on a daily basis and encountering difficulties related to their disorders (inappropriate behavior, attention deficit disorder, DYS-) and therefore in learning the fundamentals of school. I was able to set up programs adapted to each one and allowing them to develop their potential.

Whether your child encounters difficulties in learning because of specific disorders (autism spectrum disorder, attention disorder, cognitive disorders etc.) or not, I offer psycho-educational support adapted to your child. I use developmental methods validated by the scientific world (ABA, MAKATON, TEAACH type) combined with positive psychology (immediate and / or immediate positive reinforcers, mindfulness, management of false beliefs) as well as cognitive remedies exercises .
During our first session, I offer you an inventory where we will see your child difficulties together. It is an important step to understand the objectives and the means to set up for you and your child.
An accompaniment session can be made up of several ways:
- tutoring (homework help with the integration of tools to work on learning strategies
- accompaniment where social skills are worked through playful games ( role playing, cards, dice and boardgame games chosen specifically to work on a particular problem)
- psychological support based on brief therapy if necessary. In case of therapeutic need, I will redirect you to a colleague.
My goal is to encourage the development of your child while working on school and social learning and thus offer him (and you) a good quality of life.
Finally, I can give advice to the parents in the form of guidances.
