I am a psychology graduate currently working as a counselor, with a strong interest in helping people understand behavior, emotions, and well-being. My background includes youth work, trauma-informed practice, creative therapies, and multicultural communication, which allows me to connect with learners from many different backgrounds. I enjoy teaching because I love turning complex psychological ideas into clear, practical knowledge that students can use in real life.
