About Olivia
I was the editor in chief of my high school's yearbook. From that experience, writing comes naturally to me and I am well-versed in English grammar. I am also good at interpreting literature, especially classic literature. I am currently on the Dean's list at UCA and have always been a determined student. I can tutor for basic science and math courses, up through most high school classes. I enjoy working with young children up through older students and believe that every level of education is important and should be exciting for the student. No child should have to feel angry or frustrated in class for not understanding the topics at hand, I want students to feel comfortable with the material they are learning in school, and I hope I can help be a part of that.

I can teach elementary up through high school aged students. I prefer to show students how to do something, or present them with an example, then see if they are doing it correctly and offer constructive criticism or do it with them depending on their level of understanding of the assignment.

Though I am not comfortable traveling to student's homes, I am willing to meet with them in a public location such as a library or a restaurant. There is no change in hourly rate for travel expenses.
