About Kim
Hi! I'm Kim.
If speaking in front of people makes your heart race...
If interviews leave you second-guessing yourself...
If you know your ideas are good but struggle to communicate them confidently...
You're exactly who I love working with.
As a Public Speaking Instructor at Pellissippi State Community College and communication coach, I've helped students, professionals, managers, and emerging leaders develop the skills to communicate with confidence, not by memorizing scripts, but by learning how to think clearly, organize ideas, and speak naturally.
My coaching focuses on practical communication you can use immediately:
• Presentations that actually engage people
• Job interviews
• Executive presence
• Difficult conversations
• Meetings
• Networking
• Classroom presentations
• Speech organization
• Reducing anxiety
• Speaking confidently without sounding rehearsed
I believe confident speakers aren't born.
They're coached.
Every lesson is personalized to your goals, and you'll receive honest feedback, practical exercises, and a supportive environment where you can grow quickly.
Whether you're preparing for a speech next week or simply want to become someone who communicates with confidence every day, I'd love to help.
