About Natalie
I suffered from anxiety and insomnia a few years ago. It was too painful as I cannot focus at work and I was helpless. Ever since then I started exploring different practices to help myself such as crystals, reiki, singing bowls, mindfulness practices, inner child, counseling, etc. The words "spiritual" and "healing" are being commercialized now and human mind like to complicate things. We are looking for something to enhance our life - body and mind. I found yoga and mindfulness practices help me the most so I would be happy to share with you what I've learned. :)

The class will incorporate -Chanting -Pranayama (breathing technique) -Meditation -Yoga asanas -Singing bowl sound healing Yoga is for any age, any level. Please treat it as a practice to look deep within and a time for you to align with your body and mind. You should remain calm and a smile on your face throughout the practice instead of struggling and pushing yourself to the limits. I am also a qualified mindfulness facilitator following a Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh's tradition. We can explore different practices, and eventually you will learn something that you can practice on your own. Namaste.
