About Naomi
I started hula hooping 8 years ago and got hooked straight away! I spent hours a day teaching myself tricks I had seen online. Often tricks I thought 'there's no way I'm gonna do that!' But with a lot of practice and determination I did! It's such a fun hobby that is great for your mental health and fitness. I really enjoy sharing this with others and seeing how great it feels when you finally nail that trick you have been working so hard on

I teach a variety of hoop tricks and workout routines, all planned personally to what you want! Lessons usually last for 1 hour and will include warm up and cool down. The classes are very fun and relaxed. I am a certified hoop teacher by live love hoop. Group and private lessons available both online and in person. It's a great way to have fun and get fit! Sure to have a laugh and learn some really awesome new skills

I love this lady and her class. She delivers a fun class that honestly goes so quickly and you don’t even realize you're working your muscles that you didn’t even know you had until the day after. Naomi sure knows her hoops and always spends time explaining and demonstrating and making sure that everyone understands. Quite simply she rocks.
