I have had the pleasure of knowing Lola personally and professionally for many years and have seen first-hand the dedication, expertise and enthusiasm she brings to teaching mathematics. As an experienced Maths teacher, former Head of Department and online tutor, she has an exceptional ability to explain even the most challenging concepts in a way that makes them easy to understand.

What I admire most about Lola’s teaching is her patience and genuine passion for helping every student succeed. She takes the time to adapt her teaching to each individual’s needs, building confidence as well as mathematical understanding. Her lessons are well structured, engaging and encouraging, creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.

Mrs. Jackson was my Math tutor for two years. She helped me through my CSEC Mathematics examination, as well as my internal and external examinations. Mrs. Jackson is an amazing, caring, supportive, and consistent teacher. Her love for Math is contagious, and she truly makes Math fun. Mrs. Jackson often takes extra time after class to clarify anything that I did not understand. I recommend Mrs. Jackson because she never gave up on me, even when I had given up on myself and started slacking. She made Math interesting and helped me build my confidence. I highly recommend Mrs. Jackson to anyone looking for a dedicated, patient, and encouraging Math tutor.

I have known Miss Lola since Grade 10 through to grade 11 when she became my CXC Mathematics teacher. During that time, I got to know her as a dedicated, patient, and supportive teacher who genuinely wants her students to succeed.

What I appreciate most about her teaching is her patience and the way she explains concepts until everyone understands. She works alongside her students, encourages us to ask questions, and always makes sure we grasp the topic before moving on. She creates a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident to learn and aren’t afraid to voice their concerns when not so confident.

One experience that stands out is being one of her outstanding students. She always recognized and rewarded hard work, which motivated me to keep doing my best. Her encouragement and positive attitude made learning math much more enjoyable and helped me build confidence in the subject.
