About Hansi
I'm a passionate and friendly tutor who believes that with the right support, every student can thrive. With over five years of academic teaching experience and a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence, I bring both subject expertise and a personalised approach to each lesson.
I currently work in the UK education sector, supporting learners, particularly those with special educational needs, in Maths and Computing. I work closely with GCSE and post-16 students, helping them build confidence, overcome challenges, and develop strong independent learning skills.
My background also includes a BSc in IT and extensive experience teaching both Maths and Computing to primary and secondary level students. I understand that every learner is unique, and I take the time to adapt my methods to suit their individual needs.

My lessons are tailored, interactive, and confidence-building. I always start with topics the student feels most comfortable with, gradually moving into more complex areas as their skills grow. I use plenty of examples, questions, and real-life applications to keep lessons engaging and relevant.
I offer:
Maths tutoring (Primary, Secondary, GCSE, Functional Skills, and post-16)
Computing / ICT (KS3, GCSE, BTEC/FE, and beginner coding)
Support for students with SEND
Study skills and exam preparation
If you're looking for a patient, knowledgeable tutor who can help you understand the subject, not just memorise it, I'm here to support you on your learning journey. :)

I’ve known Hansi for a while now, and she’s genuinely one of the most reliable and friendly people I’ve come across. She has a great way of explaining things clearly and always makes learning feel relaxed and enjoyable.
Hansi is really patient and takes the time to understand what each student needs. You can tell she really cares about helping others do well, which makes a big difference.
I’d happily recommend Hansi to anyone on Superprof looking for a supportive and down-to-earth tutor who knows her stuff.View more recommendations
