I prefer to teach kinesthetic learning, so the students carry out physical activities, rather than listening to a lecture or watching demonstrations.
I would like to start the session, by learning about yourself. What your current needs are and what you have done so far.
I will then check any injuries, likes, dislikes and go through a range of exercises and nutritional information with you.
The classes will be very bespoke to your personal needs.

Louise is an amazing and trusted tutor, whom I have had the pleasure of knowing for 8 years. She really gets to know her students to ensure she is providing the best possible programme for them! I have struggled with my body confidence and self esteem but Louise has provided unconditional support in helping me to overcome and achieve my weightloss goals.
