About Richard
I acquired the personal trainer B and A licenses last year. Now I am a student at the DHGS in Berlin for sport and applied training science. I have always been enthusiastic about sports and have been actively involved in strength training for over 5 years and will take part in competitions as soon as possible again. With my personal training, I want to motivate you at a fair price and guide you professionally so that you will achieve all your sporting goals.

No matter what kind of previous sporting experience you have, through my personal training you will be able to achieve all of your goals. In a free trial lesson you can tell me about your goals and special needs. Based on this, I will create a personal training plan for you. The usual training session begins with a warm-up, follows with strength training or fitness training and ends with a warm-up or stretching.

Richard ist ein sehr sympathischer Typ, der weiß was er tut. Weiter so!
Das Training mit Richard hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Er hat mich kompetent und motivierent trainiert, sodass ich über mich selbst hinauswachsen konnte. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
Richard wirkt grundsätzlich immer vorbereitet und gibt sich Mühe die Inhalte verständlich und Ziel führen zu vermitteln.
Ich war jetzt schon einige Male in Richards Kurs und ich bin wirklich begeistert. Richard ist ein sehr sympathischer, humorvoller und cooler Typ. Er schafft es jedes Mal mich auf eine ganz besondere Art und Weise zu motivieren und bringt mich voran. Ich würde Richard jederzeit weiterempfehlen, er macht wirklich einen hervorragenden Job, ich kann absolut nichts schlechtes sagen. Bei Richard konnte ich wirklich den vollen Geschmack austesten.
