About Ally
I am a mum of a young person with ADHD who struggled at a mainstream setting. I am a qualified SENDco with experience in mainstream and specialist provision. I have 10 years' experience in Primary mainstream and over 15 years as a SENDco and senior leader in specialist provision.
I love to get to know my pupils, adapt lessons to support individual learners and create a safe space to learn.

I am a qualified primary school teacher and SENDco, I teach not just age and stage. I plan bespoke lessons for disengaged learners, working with a relational approach. I specialise in SEND and can adapt the national curriculum where and if needed.
I have experience of teaching both mainstream Primary and specialist settings.
My lessons are engaging and build confidence. They will last a maximum of 45 minutes with movement breaks if and when needed.
