About Emily

I qualified as a Primary School Teacher in July 2021 and since then, have worked in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. I have taught children with a wide range of academic abilities. I have taught mainstream pupils, and I also have experience in teaching SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) pupils and SEMH (Social and Emotional Mental Health) pupils. I have found it incredibly rewarding to see the progress all of these children have made in school. I believe it is important to ensure that every child is supported to maximise their academic progress, regardless of their starting point. I am sensitive to the needs of learners, and I understand that different children require different teaching and learning strategies. Therefore, my lessons will be designed on an individual basis to provide the appropriate guidance for each child.

About the lesson

My aim is to ensure every child succeeds and feels proud of their accomplishments. I strive to support children in maximising their academic progress whilst having fun. My lessons will be designed on an individual basis to suit learners’ needs.

Qualified Primary School Teacher. I offer tuition across the entire Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2 National Curriculum. Experience in teaching both mainstream and SEND pupils.
