I love reading, watching films and Netflix, travelling and exploring new places and experimenting with cooking and baking. My favourite book and favourite music change depending on my mood - at the moment, I'm loving YA adventures like The Six of Crows, Clap When You Land and The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue to the soundtrack of early 00s pop ... My coffee order is a large Iced Americano, and I make an excellent Sunday Lunch - toad-in-the-hole with onion gravy is my specialty. I also like climbing, sailing and wild swimming. One day, I would love to get a large pet dog - particularly a Golden Retriever, Newfoundland, Bernese Mountain Dog or German Shepherd.

I am a qualified English teacher and have taught English in local Secondary Schools for the last 5 years.
I would love to help support your progress. I can help you:

- write accurately and fluently
- plan and structure essays
- de-mystify revision skills
- understand a specific text
- nail exam technique
I am happy to work with you to help compliment what you are doing in school to give you that extra boost - particularly after the last few years of disruption. I don`t have a massive bank of generic resources - I will tailor what we do in our sessions to your specific needs.
Please don`t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions. I look forward to meeting you and working together. My timing is quite flexible, so get in touch and we can organise something that works for both of us.
