About James

I am a Spanish and French teacher based in Manchester, with experience teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5 in the UK and in France. I enjoy working with students of different abilities and helping them grow in confidence. I hold degrees in Spanish, International Business and English, as well as a PGCE and QTS. I am organised, patient and supportive, and I aim to make lessons clear, focused and motivating. Outside teaching, I enjoy travelling, reading and learning languages, and I am currently studying Arabic.

About the lesson

My Spanish lessons are exam-driven and focused on fast progress. Each lesson targets key grammar, vocabulary and exam skills (AQA, EDEXCEL), with clear explanations and practical tasks. Lessons are usually 60 minutes and tailored to the student. I work with GCSE and A Level learners who want higher grades and confidence.
