About Josh

Hey, I'm Josh!

I'm a fully qualified teacher with over 5 years worth of experience. I recently moved out of teaching in schools to work as a software engineer for an EdTech Startup.

I have a strong academic background. I completed 12 GCSEs (10A*, 2As), before moving on to study four A Levels in Geography (A*), Maths (A), Economics (A) and Physical Education (A). Continuing my studies, I completed an undergraduate degree in Geography (BSc) at The University of Birmingham, achieving a first class degree. I also recently completed my Masters at the University of Birmingham.

About the lesson

Adaptability is key to ensuring student's make maximum progress. Not two students are the same, so each will receive a bespoke lesson, tailored to their individual needs.

This, along with clear channels of communication, a clear roadmap to success, and my extensive teaching and tutoring experience combine to deliver a high quality learning experience.

I hold an Enhanced DBS check, which is available on request in paper format, or online via the DBS Update Service.
