About Norma
Patience is the cornerstone of effective education. In a world characterized by instant gratification and quick fixes, the value of patience cannot be overstated. As an educator, I recognize that each learner progresses at their own pace, and true understanding takes time to develop. Patience allows me to create a supportive environment where students feel safe to explore, experiment, and make mistakes. By fostering a culture of patience, I instill resilience and perseverance in my learners, equipping them with essential life skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

I began my Ph.D. in education after the pandemic because my background and experience would contribute to the necessary changes in the education system. With strong collaborative skills and a passion for change, I can make a difference in rebuilding school systems. As I delve into the realm of education philosophy, I am driven by a vision that transcends the traditional paradigms. In my philosophy, I advocate for a holistic approach that prioritizes patience, customized learning, pedagogy supporting learning, and skill development. By nurturing these principles, we can pave the way for a transformative educational landscape that empowers learners to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
