About Christina
Hi I’m Chrissy, a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. I have loved & practiced yoga for many years and am now here to share the love & beautiful teachings of yoga with you. Through completing my studies, dedicating as many hours as possible to learning & practicing, my entire world changed; I found a new calm and state of mind. Yoga is my purpose. To be able to help others through sharing my story and the gift of yoga is truly a blessing. If I can help just one person through these yogic rituals, I have reached my goal. My classes extend further than the asana/posture aspect, with teachings that will help you find stillness in the mind in addition to moving the body in a gentle careful way with intention & everything with kindness. My mission is to help others find peace and balance within, through breath control practices, intentional movement, pranayama & meditation. Namaste, Namaskar ~ Chrissy.

I teach vinyasa style with yin elements, where we focus on connecting movement to the breath, with gentle, nourishing practices to develop awareness, quieten the mind & remove discomfort in the body.
Everything is soft & slow with a beautiful balance between restorative & energising practices.
The lessons are generally 30 to 45 minutes and will be tailored to your needs.
Judgement has no place here, release all expectations. This is a safe space; somewhere to relax, slow the mind & move the body gently, always practicing the principle of ahimsa i.e. non-harming and function over form.
