My teaching approach has a strong focus on alignment, breath work, body awareness, and tuning into oneself. Most importantly I love focusing on what works best with your mind and your body as we are all different and the same thing doesn't work for all. We will adapt everything specifically for you so that you can get the most out of your time on the mat.
The typical length of a lesson is one hour. On top of that we will have a previous chat to find out what you'd like to get out of the sessions, if there is anything else in terms of past injuries or medical conditions that I should be aware of and also follow ups after our sessions if needed.
I am a qualified Yoga teacher with +5 years of experience holding +500h of Yoga teacher trainings.
All levels are welcome and of course no previous experience is required.
Strategically planned Yoga lessons can build strength, flexibility, correct your posture and overall help you develop body awareness and a healthy, balanced, and happy life.
Find your balance and inner power by getting to know yourself better!

Elisa is an incredible instructor. Not only will she make you feel strong and empowered but also calm and relaxed. She’s an extraordinary human being. Her energy is amazing, her voice is soft and beautiful and her classes are pure magic.
I have never done yoga before in my life and I always liked doing sport. Since I started one year ago with Elisa, I changed my mind about this beautiful practice. She helped me to love the peacefulness and power of yoga and made me understand that it can also be a workout itself! Her classes are all different and full of surprises! It is always exciting to be there.
I highly recommend her! She is now not only the best teacher but also a great friend :)Elisa is simply amazing. If you practice with her, you will feel your improvement in a short time, ‘cause she explains perfectly alienation concepts while you are building the asana. Her voice, its tone with its characteristic cadence, makes you feel relaxed, and calm as if you were at home. I love the way she teaches.
Definitely, practising with her is priceless.
NamastéElisa is the reason I got into yoga. Elisa's passion, knowledge and know how shines through in every lesson. I can not recommend Elisa highly enough.
Elisa offers discounts to new clients too which I loved as I didn't feel confident and wasn't sure if I would get into yoga.
Cannot wait for our next session!Elisa is a wonderful yoga instructor. She tailors each session to the individual’s level and takes onboard the feedback to fine tune and prepare the next session. She’s very friendly and makes each lesson a calming and rewarding experience ️
