About Hannah

I am a highly experienced tutor successfully running my own business for over 10 years. I have a 100 % success rate. I currently tutor ages from 7 years old to 18 years old reflecting my versatility and ability to connect with and support a range of ages and abilities. Please do get in contact to discuss your child's needs.

About the lesson

I believe it is necessary to tailor sessions to the individual. Some children progress better with visual aids, others through a verbal style of teaching and some through the written word. It is vital to recognise the individual style of the learner and use one on one sessions to bring out each person's potential. I am enthusiastic and patient. I believe it is important to engage with my students and make learning fun and interesting. I have a natural rapport with children and teenagers which is vital in the process of building their knowledge and confidence.

Hannah helped me so much with my History GCSE, she taught in a way that made the topics really interesting and I honestly felt like I was learning and not just memorising answers. As well as teaching me, she has also been so kind and patient throughout and I always enjoyed my time with her. Thanks so much Hannah!

Hannah has been absolutely exceptional with tutoring. My daughters grades have significantly improved and she works so hard with her to not just build up her work, but further a trusting and healthy relationship with the subject. If anyone needs a tutor I would fully recommend Hannah for the job.
