About Luvenia
"I typically work with juniors who are staring at a blank screen and wondering where to place their first structural grid. Standing in my studio after 4 years of daily Revit use, I realize that clean templates are the difference between a panicked deadline and a smooth submission.
My B.Arch from the University of Otago gave me the theoretical grounding, but my professional practice taught me how to manage BIM fundamentals, phasing, design options, and complex MEP systems. I spend my time ensuring your files remain lean and properly coordinated. It is a genuine pleasure to see a student finally click the export button on a perfect IFC file."

"Portfolio ready output is the standard we hit by the end of this course. You will be building walls and setting up sheets just like I do in my own professional projects. We start with the basics of levels and grids, then move into the specifics of revisions, issue tracking, and managing viewports effectively. It is a very hands-on process, much like sitting at the drafting table with a senior mentor looking over your shoulder.
By the time we finish our 6 modules, you will have a clear, professional set of documents to show future employers. I look forward to seeing your technical skills grow through our sessions."
