About Amber
Hi, I’m Amber, a certified 200-hour yoga teacher currently working toward my 500-hour certification. My journey with yoga began in high school when I took it as a substitute for PE—not knowing it would change my life. Growing up in a chaotic and unhealthy environment, yoga became my refuge. It taught me mindfulness, gratitude, and how to meet my body where it is. It showed me how to be still, present, and more capable than I ever thought possible. Now, I share this gift with others, creating a welcoming space where yoga is more than just movement—it’s a tool for self-discovery and healing. My teaching blends breathwork, movement, and philosophy to help students feel empowered, at peace, and connected to themselves. I believe everyone is equally deserving of love—from others and, most importantly, from themselves. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me in nature with my dogs, soaking in life’s simple joys. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
