About Mansi
I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. My classes are designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can practice at your own pace while building strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. Whether your goal is to reduce stress, improve posture, increase flexibility, enhance overall fitness, or simply create a healthier lifestyle, I tailor each session to your individual needs. I focus on proper alignment, conscious breathing, and mindful movement to ensure every practice is both safe and enjoyable.
