I use a personalized approach for each student, tailoring choreography and exercises to their abilities and goals.
A typical class begins with a warm-up to get the body moving and ready, followed by technique-building exercises. After that, we focus on learning choreography, breaking it down step-by-step for better understanding. The class ends with a cool-down to relax and stretch. I emphasize rhythm, expression, and body control, helping students not only improve their dance skills but also gain confidence.
I offer classes for school children, college students, and adults. Whether you're looking to learn a new style, get fit, or simply have fun, my lessons are designed to cater to all levels of experience. My unique self-taught perspective allows me to offer fresh insights and a relatable teaching style, making dance both enjoyable and accessible.
