The primary reasons I began practising Yoga were self-care and exploration. While living in Spain, I immersed myself in the study of various meditation techniques and began my Vinyasa practise.

Perfect! Really enthusiastic, very friendly, and has a great energy. Have really enjoyed my sessions with Karine so far, looking forward to continuing. As a beginner, she has tailored the session to my level really well. I feel great after every session and seeing improvements in my flexibility and mobility after just a few sessions.

Karine is a great instructor. After my yoga lessons I feel more relaxed and full of energy to continue my day. I have not been injured and, on the contrary, I have recovered in a great extend. She is also super friendly and positive.
Karine was great!! She tailored the session to my level, and showed me a bunch of new stretches I now do all the time! She's super knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to my sessions every week!
