About Skylar
I am a recent graduate from Northern Arizona University with a BS in Biomedical Sciences with a Chemistry minor and a BA in Modern Languages with a German emphasis. While I was a student, I was a TA for both Anatomy and Physiology lab and General Chemistry lectures and led, minimally, 3 1 hour tutoring/Q&A sessions per week. In my college career, I have taken general Biology and Anatomy and Physiology courses, in addition to Pathology, Microbiology, Genetics, Human Physiology, and Disease Biology electives that I performed well in and could help other students understand these topics!

When I tutor students, I like to cater the session to the student's individual needs and answer all of their questions, explaining topics and concepts at their individual pace and can do so using multiple different explanatory techniques and analogies. In a group setting, I aim to cover topics most students need help in first, then move on to individual needs and questions of each student!
