About Makis
I have always had a love for science and learned as much as I could growing up. During my time at Spring Hill College, not only did I learn from lectures and labs, but I also I tutored many high school and middle school students.

Biology is a practical subject with a lot of memorization. My method for teaching this subject is giving practical, real world examples and visuals that make the memorization of terms easier. I like to break each concept down and illustrate how they're all connected. Aside from that, I tailor my tutoring to the specific learning style of the students.
