About Jacob
Creative Technologist turned AI specialist - currently looking to do a PhD in Reinforcement Learning. I'm more of a creative guy at heart - spent 10+ years in music before diving into AI. Now I work on AI art (the interesting kind, not just prompt engineering!) and game-based AI projects. I'm all about teaching AI in a more informal, exploration-focused way rather than the usual "here's how to get a data science job" approach. If you're curious about what AI can actually do and want to understand it without the corporate buzzword overload, we'll probably get along great.

Just finished my MSc in Artificial Intelligence (with Distinction!) so I remember exactly what it's like being confused by neural networks at 2am. My approach is way more "let's figure this out together" than "here's everything you should already know." What I can help with: GCSE/A-Level Computer Science University-level AI and Machine Learning concepts Python programming (especially for AI/data projects) Demystifying all that scary ML terminology Actually understanding what's happening behind the ChatGPTs of the world My background: Creative technologist turned AI specialist - I've built everything from computer vision systems for live performances to document protection systems using adversarial attacks. Plus I've got teaching experience with nervous beginners, so I get that not everyone learns the same way.
