About Poppy

Hi, I'm a recent A-Level graduate currently taking a gap year before starting my Psychology degree at the University of Leeds. Having just been through the GCSE and A-Level process myself, I understand the pressures students face and know exactly what it takes to succeed. During school, I mentored younger students in German, which gave me hands-on experience explaining tricky concepts in ways that actually click. I enjoy helping others build confidence and reach their potential, and I'm patient, approachable, and committed to supporting you every step of the way!

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, whether you're aiming to build strong foundations or push for top grades. I focus on clear explanations, exam technique, and plenty of practice questions to build confidence. Each lesson runs for one hour and is delivered online, so we can find a time that fits around your schedule. As a recent A-Level graduate who achieved an A* in A-Level German, I understand exactly what examiners are looking for and can offer up-to-date, relevant advice. My lessons are suited to GCSE and A-Level students studying German, whatever your current level.
