About Sam
I am a tutor with over 5 years experience and a first class degree in History from the University of Oxford. I love teaching, and believe passionately in the power of clear, inspiring communication. My sessions are fun, engaging, and tailored to each individual student. I focus on cracking exam technique and teaching essay writing. I am particularly devoted to listening to my students, and helping them overcome whats holding them back.
In terms of subjects, I am experienced in tutoring for GCSE and A levels in English, Politics, History, Drama and Music.
I also do sessions for prospective Oxbridge applicants. Having graduated in the last year, I have an intimate knowledge of the current application process and the importance of interview prep.
I teach both online and in person.
