I give one-on-one reformer lessons in my own boutique salon. Lessons are 50 minutes. I make personalized lesson plans depending on the student's performance. For students who want to lose weight, I add functional training to the lessons, if they do not have any discomfort. Courses are offered to students in grades 8 and 12. Trial lesson is free.
