About Maekyla Mari
I am a Registered Nurse who is passionate about learning, teaching, and helping students build confidence in their studies. I understand that every student learns differently, so I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and learn without pressure.
As a nursing graduate and licensed professional, I have a strong foundation in Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, and nursing-related subjects. I also understand the challenges students face when preparing for exams and learning complex concepts.
My goal is not only to help you get the right answers, but to help you truly understand the lessons and become a more confident learner. I am patient, approachable, and committed to making every lesson productive and meaningful.

My goal as a tutor is to make learning simple, understandable, and enjoyable. As a Registered Nurse, I understand that subjects like Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, and basic Nursing concepts can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I focus on explaining lessons in a clear and practical way.
My teaching method is personalized according to each student's learning style and level. I use simple explanations, examples, diagrams, practice questions, and real-life healthcare situations to help students understand concepts rather than simply memorize them. I also encourage students to ask questions and learn at their own pace.
A typical lesson starts with a short review of previous topics, followed by an introduction to the new lesson. I explain the main concepts step-by-step, provide practical examples, and then give practice questions or activities to check understanding. I also leave time for questions and clarification before ending with a short recap.
What sets me apart is my patience, willingness to listen, and ability to connect academic concepts with real-life nursing experiences. As someone who has recently completed nursing school and passed the nursing board examination, I can also share effective study techniques and tips based on my own experience as a student.
My lessons are suitable for high school and college students studying Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, and basic Nursing subjects, as well as nursing students who need additional support understanding their lessons.
